Warranty

We use the warranty periods set by the supplier, but also adhere to the legally defined warranty period. These warranty periods imply that the products must function properly within the dated period.

Please note: Failure of the products to function properly due to your own actions will not be covered by the warranty.

Delivery

Once you have placed your order, the products in stock will be shipped withing 2 business days. When the postal service has received the package from us, you will receive a track and trace code by email to follow your order.

Returns

If it turns out that the product is not what you were looking for, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after package has been received. The product must be intact and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the order is from the buyer and the package must be stamped, otherwise the package will be refused.

Payment methods

Easy and secure payment
Other than making your shopping experience easier than before, we also want to make your payment process easy and safe. At TAV Supplies, you can choose from the following payment methods.

iDeal
iDEAL is the most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. It is very reliable and easy to use. When you make a payment using iDEAL you do so from your own payment environment. The money will be transferred from your account directly to the account of, in this case, TAV Supplies.

Visa & Mastercard
Would you like to pay with a credit card? At TAV Supplies you can pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. When paying by credit card all you have to do is fill in your card details and then automate the payment. Your payment will then be made on credit and you will pay it off at a later date with all the other payments you have made with your credit card during that period.

Invoice
When your company has been verified it will also be possible to make orders on account, on a monthly base we will send out the payment request with all products defined by project number.
